Ingredients

  • 11 lb ground beef (80/20)(454g)
  • 21 onion(150g)
  • 32 pickles(60g)
  • 41 tablespoon vegetable oil(14g)
  • 52 tablespoon unsalted butter(28g)
  • 61 teaspoon nature seasoning (or all-purpose seasoning)(5g)
  • 72 tablespoon ketchup(34g)
  • 81 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce(5g)
  • 91 teaspoon hot sauce(5g)
  • 101 tablespoon sweet relish(15g)
  • 110.5 teaspoon Cajun seasoning(2g)
  • 1210 slider buns (King's Hawaiian)(350g)
  • 1310 slice cheddar cheese slices(200g)

Instructions

  1. 1Dice the onion and pickles.
  2. 2Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and cook until they start to caramelize. Set aside.
  3. 3In the same pan, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat with a paper towel.
  4. 4Add diced pickles and cooked onions back to the pan with the beef. Season with nature seasoning. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
  5. 5In a small bowl, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, sweet relish, and Cajun seasoning to make the burger sauce.
  6. 6Heat a clean pan over medium heat. Add a little butter and toast the slider buns (tops and bottoms) until golden brown.
  7. 7Place the bottom halves of the buns on a baking tray. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each.
  8. 8Spoon the cheeseburger mixture onto each bun, then top with another slice of cheese.
  9. 9Place the top halves of the buns on top, cut side down.
  10. 10Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven until the cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
  11. 11Remove from oven, serve hot with burger sauce.
