Grilled Cheeseburger Sliders
Ingredients
- 11 lb ground beef (80/20)(454g)
- 21 onion(150g)
- 32 pickles(60g)
- 41 tablespoon vegetable oil(14g)
- 52 tablespoon unsalted butter(28g)
- 61 teaspoon nature seasoning (or all-purpose seasoning)(5g)
- 72 tablespoon ketchup(34g)
- 81 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce(5g)
- 91 teaspoon hot sauce(5g)
- 101 tablespoon sweet relish(15g)
- 110.5 teaspoon Cajun seasoning(2g)
- 1210 slider buns (King's Hawaiian)(350g)
- 1310 slice cheddar cheese slices(200g)
Instructions
- 1Dice the onion and pickles.
- 2Heat oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and cook until they start to caramelize. Set aside.
- 3In the same pan, add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat with a paper towel.
- 4Add diced pickles and cooked onions back to the pan with the beef. Season with nature seasoning. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside.
- 5In a small bowl, mix ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, sweet relish, and Cajun seasoning to make the burger sauce.
- 6Heat a clean pan over medium heat. Add a little butter and toast the slider buns (tops and bottoms) until golden brown.
- 7Place the bottom halves of the buns on a baking tray. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each.
- 8Spoon the cheeseburger mixture onto each bun, then top with another slice of cheese.
- 9Place the top halves of the buns on top, cut side down.
- 10Bake in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven until the cheese is melted, about 5-7 minutes.
- 11Remove from oven, serve hot with burger sauce.
