Instructions
- 1Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
- 2Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- 3Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 4Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- 5Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
- 6Divide the cooked rice, chicken, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
- 7Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the broccoli.
- 8Let cool, then store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
