Ingredients

  • 32 cup Broccoli florets(150g)
  • 42 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 51 teaspoon Salt(6g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. 5Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
