Ingredients

  • 1500 g beef(500g)
  • 21 egg(50g)
  • 3150 g breadcrumbs(150g)
  • 41 cup milk(240g)
  • 52 clove garlic, finely chopped(6g)
  • 62 tablespoon flour(16g)
  • 71 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 90.25 teaspoon nutmeg(0.5g)
  • 101.5 cup chicken or beef stock(360g)
  • 11200 ml cooking cream(200g)
  • 121 tablespoon soy sauce(16g)
  • 131 teaspoon Dijon mustard(5g)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, finely chopped garlic, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg. Mix until well combined.
  2. 2Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. 3Roll the meatballs lightly in flour.
  4. 4Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  5. 5In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. 6Gradually add the chicken or beef stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
  7. 7Add the cooking cream, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir and cook until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
  8. 8Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for a few minutes.
  9. 9Serve hot.
