Mango and Strawberry Cream Crepes

- 11 cup all-purpose flour(120g)
- 21 cup milk(240g)
- 32 egg(100g)
- 42 tablespoon butter (melted)(28g)
- 52 tablespoon sugar(25g)
- 61 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
- 71 mango (sliced)(200g)
- 81 cup strawberries (sliced)(150g)
- 91 cup whipped cream(120g)
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- 2Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- 3Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
- 4Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- 5Repeat with remaining batter to make crepes.
- 6Fill each crepe with sliced mango, strawberries, and whipped cream.
- 7Fold or roll the crepes and serve immediately.
