Air Fryer Lemon Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- 11 chicken breast(170g)
- 21 tablespoon lemon juice(15g)
- 31 tablespoon butter(14g)
- 40.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 50.25 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 60.5 teaspoon garlic powder(1.5g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels.
- 3In a small bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- 4Brush the mixture evenly over the chicken breast.
- 5Place the chicken breast in the air fryer basket.
- 6Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- 7Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
