Broccoli, Corn, and Mozzarella Gratin
Ingredients
- 1300 g cooked broccoli(300g)
- 2130 g corn(130g)
- 32 eggs(100g)
- 4125 g mozzarella cheese(125g)
- 51 teaspoon salt(5g)
- 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- 2Cut the cooked broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
- 3In a large bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and black pepper.
- 4Add the broccoli, corn, and half of the mozzarella cheese to the bowl and mix well.
- 5Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- 6Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- 7Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the gratin is set.
- 8Let cool slightly before serving.
