Ingredients

  • 1300 g cooked broccoli(300g)
  • 2130 g corn(130g)
  • 32 eggs(100g)
  • 4125 g mozzarella cheese(125g)
  • 51 teaspoon salt(5g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. 2Cut the cooked broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3In a large bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4Add the broccoli, corn, and half of the mozzarella cheese to the bowl and mix well.
  5. 5Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. 6Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  7. 7Bake for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the gratin is set.
  8. 8Let cool slightly before serving.
