- 42 tablespoon soy sauce(30g)
- 51 teaspoon wasabi(5g)
- 62 tablespoon pickled ginger(20g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- 2Lay out a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.
- 3Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
- 4Place a hot dog sausage along the bottom edge of the rice.
- 5Roll the nori and rice around the hot dog tightly using the mat.
- 6Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- 7Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
