Ingredients

  • 14 hot dog sausages(200g)
  • 22 cup sushi rice(370g)
  • 34 nori sheets(12g)
  • 42 tablespoon soy sauce(30g)
  • 51 teaspoon wasabi(5g)
  • 62 tablespoon pickled ginger(20g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. 2Lay out a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat.
  3. 3Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.
  4. 4Place a hot dog sausage along the bottom edge of the rice.
  5. 5Roll the nori and rice around the hot dog tightly using the mat.
