Ingredients

  • 11 lb Flank steak, cut into bite-sized strips(454g)
  • 20 Salt(2g)
  • 30 Black pepper(0.5g)
  • 42 teaspoon Olive oil(9g)
  • 52 tablespoon Soy sauce(30g)
  • 62 tablespoon Teriyaki sauce(30g)
  • 72 tablespoon Honey(42g)
  • 81 tablespoon Rice vinegar(15g)
  • 93 cloves Garlic, minced(9g)
  • 101 teaspoon Grated fresh ginger(4g)
  • 118 oz Noodles, cooked and drained (e.g. udon or ramen)(225g)
  • 122 tablespoon Cooked white rice(30g)
  • 136 cups Roasted vegetables (e.g. broccoli, udon or ramen)(225g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the beef: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add steak strips, season with salt and pepper and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. 2Make the sauce: In the same pan, add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Stir over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
  3. 3Combine beef and sauce: Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat in the teriyaki sauce.
  4. 4Cook the noodles: Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, then toss with the beef and sauce.
  5. 5Garnish: Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds over the top.
