Instructions
1Cook the beef: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add steak strips, season with salt and pepper and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2Make the sauce: In the same pan, add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Stir over medium heat until the sauce thickens.
3Combine beef and sauce: Return the steak to the pan and toss to coat in the teriyaki sauce.
4Cook the noodles: Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, then toss with the beef and sauce.
5Garnish: Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds over the top.
