Magic Pear & Chocolate Mini Cakes (Gluten-Free)
Ingredients
- 10.5 egg(30g)
- 241.7 g Greek yogurt or ricotta(41.7g)
- 30.5 tablespoon vanilla sweetener(7g)
- 42 tablespoon blended pear(30g)
- 51 teaspoon chocolate chips(5g)
- 60.5 tablespoon cornstarch or potato starch (optional, for denser texture)(4g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2In a bowl, whisk together egg, Greek yogurt or ricotta, and vanilla sweetener until smooth.
- 3Add blended pear and chocolate chips, mixing well.
- 4If a denser texture is desired, add cornstarch or potato starch and mix.
- 5Pour the mixture into a small muffin mold or ramekin.
- 6Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- 7Let cool before serving.
