  • 24 slice bacon(120g)
  • 3200 g sausage(200g)
  • 44 egg(200g)
  • 51 cup cheddar cheese(113g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. 2Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3In the same skillet, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4Whisk the eggs in a bowl and scramble them in the skillet until just set.
  5. 5Slice each croissant lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  6. 6Stuff each croissant with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheddar cheese.
