Stuffed Breakfast Croissants with Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, and Cheese
Ingredients
- 14 croissant(240g)
- 24 slice bacon(120g)
- 3200 g sausage(200g)
- 44 egg(200g)
- 51 cup cheddar cheese(113g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- 3In the same skillet, cook the sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- 4Whisk the eggs in a bowl and scramble them in the skillet until just set.
- 5Slice each croissant lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- 6Stuff each croissant with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and cheddar cheese.
- 7Place the stuffed croissants on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- 8Serve warm.
