Ingredients

  • 11 lb ground beef(454g)
  • 21 cup mild cheddar cheese(113g)
  • 38 slice bacon(192g)
  • 41 teaspoon garlic salt(5g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon ground black pepper(1g)
  • 618 slice bread and butter pickles(54g)
  • 70.25 cup Thousand Island dressing(60g)
  • 82 tablespoon chives(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Divide ground beef into 6 equal portions and press each into the cups of a muffin tin, forming a cup shape.
  3. 3Fill each beef cup with mild cheddar cheese, dividing the cheese evenly.
  4. 4Top each cup with cooked and crumbled bacon.
  5. 5Sprinkle garlic salt and ground black pepper over each cup.
  6. 6Place 2-3 bread and butter pickle slices on top of each burger cup.
  7. 7Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
  8. 8Remove from oven and let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
  9. 9Drizzle each burger cup with Thousand Island dressing.
  10. 10Garnish with chopped chives and serve.
