Ingredients

  • 1700 g ground beef(700g)
  • 210 mini taco shells(200g)
  • 310 slice cheddar cheese slices(200g)
  • 41 cup chopped lettuce(50g)
  • 51 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 64 tablespoon caramelized onion(40g)
  • 72 tablespoon avocado oil(28g)
  • 83 tablespoon avocado mayo(45g)
  • 92 tablespoon ketchup(30g)
  • 101 tablespoon Dijon mustard(15g)
  • 112 tablespoon pickle juice or rice vinegar(30g)
  • 121 tablespoon paprika(7g)
  • 131 tablespoon chili powder(8g)
  • 141 teaspoon black pepper(2g)

Instructions

  1. 1Form small balls of ground beef and smash them thin inside each mini taco shell.
  2. 2Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Heat avocado oil in a pan. Place the tacos upside down in the pan and add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each.
  4. 4Prepare the sauce by mixing avocado mayo, ketchup, Dijon mustard, pickle juice or rice vinegar, caramelized onion, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
  5. 5Add the sauce, chopped lettuce, and caramelized onion inside the tacos.
  6. 6Fold the tacos in half and serve.
