1In a bowl, mix together the honey, hot sauce, and chilli flakes. Set aside.
2Season the chicken mince with garlic granules, onion granules, and smoked paprika. Divide into four equal balls.
3Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Place the chicken balls in the pan, cover with baking paper, and flatten into patties using a spatula or burger press.
4Fry the patties for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5Drizzle half of the hot honey mixture over the patties, flip, and cook for another minute. Top two patties with cheese slices, place the other patties on top, and leave in the pan off heat to melt the cheese.
6Toast the brioche buns.
7Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce leaves on the buns, adding the chicken patties, ranch sauce, and the remaining hot honey mixture.
