Ingredients

  • 12 piece Chicken breast(300g)
  • 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
  • 52 clove Garlic(6g)
  • 62 cup Green beans(240g)
  • 72 piece Potatoes(300g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
  4. 4Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. 5Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  6. 6Steam green beans until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
