High Protein Christmas Dinner
Ingredients
- 12 piece Chicken breast(300g)
- 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 52 clove Garlic(6g)
- 62 cup Green beans(240g)
- 72 piece Potatoes(300g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
- 4Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 5Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 6Steam green beans until bright green and tender, about 5 minutes.
- 7Serve chicken breasts with potatoes and green beans.
