High Protein Healthy Dinner
Ingredients
- 12 piece Chicken breast(300g)
- 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 32 clove Garlic(6g)
- 41 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 50.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 62 cup Broccoli(150g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- 3Place chicken breasts on a baking tray.
- 4Arrange broccoli florets around the chicken.
- 5Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is tender.
- 6Serve hot.
