Instructions
- 1Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks or desired shape.
- 2Boil the potatoes until just tender, then drain and let cool.
- 3In a bowl, mix the potatoes with cornstarch, ground pepper, salt, bouillon powder, and parsley until evenly coated.
- 4Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 5Fry the coated potatoes until golden brown and crispy.
- 6Remove and drain excess oil.
- 7Sprinkle with instant seasoning while still hot and serve.
