Triple Chocolate Fudgy Brownies
Ingredients
- 1185 g Dark chocolate(185g)
- 2185 g Unsalted butter(185g)
- 3275 g Golden caster sugar(275g)
- 43 Eggs(150g)
- 580 g Plain flour(80g)
- 640 g Cocoa powder(40g)
- 760 g White chocolate(60g)
- 860 g Milk chocolate(60g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- 2Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together in a bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Set aside to cool slightly.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk together the golden caster sugar and eggs until pale and doubled in volume.
- 4Pour the cooled chocolate and butter mixture into the egg and sugar mixture. Gently fold together until combined.
- 5Sift in the plain flour and cocoa powder. Fold gently until almost fully combined.
- 6Add the white chocolate and milk chocolate chunks. Fold until just combined.
- 7Pour the batter into a lined or greased baking dish.
- 8Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly fudgy.
- 9Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
