Ingredients

  • 18 ounce pasta(227g)
  • 28 ounce sharp cheddar cheese(227g)
  • 38 ounce pepper jack cheese(227g)
  • 41.5 cup heavy cream(360g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon garlic powder(1.5g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon onion powder(1.5g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 80.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 91 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(113g)
  • 100.5 cup Italian cheese blend(57g)

Instructions

  1. 1Boil water in a pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2Cut the sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese into cubes.
  3. 3In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4Mix well to combine.
  5. 5Transfer the cheese mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
  6. 6Sprinkle shredded mozzarella or Italian cheese blend on top.
  7. 7Place the dish in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
  8. 8Halfway through cooking, stir the mixture and return to the air fryer.
  9. 9After 25-30 minutes, add the cooked pasta to the cheese mixture and mix well.
  10. 10Sprinkle a little more cheese on top.
  11. 11Return the dish to the air fryer for an additional 3-4 minutes to brown the cheese.
  12. 12Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
