  • 1250 g Carrots (grated)(250g)
  • 2250 g Zucchini (grated)(250g)
  • 3180 g Light cheese (Eat Lean)(180g)
  • 43 Eggs(150g)
  • 5220 g Potatoes (grated)(220g)
  • 6200 g Smoked salmon(200g)
  • 740 g Arugula(40g)
  • 8200 g Cottage cheese(200g)
  • 950 g Onion(50g)
  • 1080 g Tomato(80g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. 2In a bowl, combine grated carrots, grated zucchini, light cheese, eggs, and grated potatoes. Season as desired.
  3. 3Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. 5Carefully remove the baked wrap base from the tray.
  6. 6Spread cottage cheese over the wrap base.
  7. 7Top with arugula, sliced onion, sliced tomato, and smoked salmon.
