Ultra Moist & Fudgy Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1200 g chocolate(200g)
- 24 eggs(200g)
- 3220 g milk(220g)
- 4135 g heavy cream(135g)
- 5150 g butter(150g)
- 640 g cocoa powder(40g)
- 7225 g flour(225g)
- 8160 g brown sugar(160g)
- 91 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
- 100.5 packet baking powder(5g)
- 11150 g dark chocolate(150g)
- 12100 g heavy cream for glaze(100g)
Instructions
- 1Mix the liquid ingredients with the sugar.
- 2Add melted butter and chocolate.
- 3Sift the dry ingredients over the mixture and combine.
- 4Pour into a buttered mold (18-20 cm).
- 5Bake for 1 to 1.25 hours at 160°C.
- 6For the glaze, melt dark chocolate with cream in the microwave (30 seconds x2).
- 7Pour over the cooled cake and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
