Ingredients

  • 1200 g chocolate(200g)
  • 24 eggs(200g)
  • 3220 g milk(220g)
  • 4135 g heavy cream(135g)
  • 5150 g butter(150g)
  • 640 g cocoa powder(40g)
  • 7225 g flour(225g)
  • 8160 g brown sugar(160g)
  • 91 teaspoon vanilla extract(5g)
  • 100.5 packet baking powder(5g)
  • 11150 g dark chocolate(150g)
  • 12100 g heavy cream for glaze(100g)

Instructions

  1. 1Mix the liquid ingredients with the sugar.
  2. 2Add melted butter and chocolate.
  3. 3Sift the dry ingredients over the mixture and combine.
  4. 4Pour into a buttered mold (18-20 cm).
  5. 5Bake for 1 to 1.25 hours at 160°C.
  6. 6For the glaze, melt dark chocolate with cream in the microwave (30 seconds x2).
  7. 7Pour over the cooled cake and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
