Ingredients

  • 1500 g chicken(500g)
  • 22 teaspoon black pepper(4g)
  • 30.5 cup yogurt(120g)
  • 41 tablespoon ginger garlic paste(15g)
  • 51 onion(100g)
  • 62 green chili(20g)
  • 72 tablespoon oil(28g)
  • 81 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon garam masala(1g)
  • 102 tablespoon fresh coriander(8g)

Instructions

  1. 1Marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, and salt. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3Add marinated chicken and cook on medium heat until the chicken changes color.
  4. 4Add chopped green chilies and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5Sprinkle garam masala and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the oil separates.
  6. 6Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
