Brookies (Brownie Cookie Bars)

- 150 g Butter (for cookie dough)(50g)

- 60.5 teaspoon Baking powder(2g)

- 930 g Chocolate chips (for cookie dough)(30g)
- 1088 g Butter (for brownie)(88g)

Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a 16x16 cm or 18x18 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2For the cookie dough: In a bowl, mix the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add the egg and mix well.
- 3Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt to the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- 4Fold in the chocolate chips. Set the cookie dough aside.
- 5For the brownie batter: Melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
- 6In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the white sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- 7Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
- 8Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until just combined and smooth.
- 9Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- 10Spoon the cookie dough over the brownie layer and gently spread or dollop it on top.
- 11Sprinkle extra chocolate chips and sea salt flakes on top if desired.
- 12Bake for about 28 minutes at 150°C, or until a toothpick inserted near the edge comes out clean.
- 13Let cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
