Ingredients

  • 1315 ml evaporated milk(325g)
  • 2405 ml sweetened condensed milk(540g)
  • 3950 g sweet corn(950g)
  • 4228 ml coconut milk(220g)
  • 580 g cornstarch(80g)
  • 62 cinnamon stick(6g)
  • 73 g salt(3g)
  • 815 ml vanilla extract(15g)
  • 940 g butter(40g)
  • 101 lemon peel(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Blend the sweet corn with the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and coconut milk until smooth. Strain the mixture to remove solids.
  2. 2Pour the strained mixture into a large pot. Add cornstarch, cinnamon sticks, salt, vanilla extract, butter, and lemon peel.
  3. 3Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
  4. 4Remove from heat and discard the cinnamon sticks and lemon peel.
  5. 5Serve hot in cups or bowls. Optionally, let cool for 30 minutes before serving.
  6. 6Decorate with ground cinnamon before serving.
