- 48 oz Cream cheese(227g)
- 52 Egg(100g)
- 62 teaspoon Vanilla extract(8g)
- 71 teaspoon Baking powder(4g)
- 80.5 teaspoon Salt(3g)
- 91 cup Cherry pie filling(250g)
- 100.5 cup Powdered sugar (for drizzle)(60g)
- 112 tablespoon Milk (for drizzle)(30g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- 3Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- 4In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 5Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- 6Scoop dough and flatten each portion. Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling in the center and fold dough around filling to seal.
- 7Place stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 8Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- 9Let cookies cool. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze, then drizzle over cooled cookies.
