Ingredients

  • 12 steak(300g)
  • 21 brown onion(100g)
  • 3150 g dried pasta(150g)
  • 440 g Parmesan cheese(40g)
  • 580 ml single cream(80g)
  • 6170 ml vegetable stock(170g)
  • 72 garlic cloves(8g)
  • 810 g fresh parsley(10g)
  • 90.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 100.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 110.5 teaspoon onion powder(1g)
  • 120.5 teaspoon Italian seasoning(1g)
  • 130.5 teaspoon oregano(1g)
  • 141 tablespoon olive oil(13g)
  • 151 tablespoon butter(14g)

Instructions

  1. 1Season the steaks with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil, and fry to your preferred doneness. Set aside to rest.
  2. 2In the same pan, add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
  3. 3Add minced garlic cloves and cook for another 1 minute.
  4. 4Add vegetable stock and single cream, bring to a simmer.
  5. 5Add onion powder, Italian seasoning, oregano, and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
  6. 6Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  7. 7A few minutes before the sauce is done, add chopped fresh parsley.
  8. 8Once the pasta is ready, drain and add to the pan with the sauce. Turn off the heat.
  9. 9Slice the steak and serve on top of the pasta.
