Ingredients

  • 1500 g beef brisket(500g)
  • 21 onion(120g)
  • 3250 ml beef stock(250g)
  • 41 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 62 bay leaves(1g)
  • 74 tablespoon gravy granules(32g)
  • 85 potatoes(750g)
  • 950 ml cream(50g)
  • 101 tablespoon butter(14g)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and slice the onion.
  2. 2Place the beef brisket and onion in a slow cooker.
  3. 3Add beef stock, salt, pepper, and bay leaves.
  4. 4Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. 5Remove the beef and shred it with two forks.
  6. 6Stir gravy granules into the cooking liquid to thicken.
  7. 7Peel and chop the potatoes, then boil in salted water until soft.
  8. 8Drain the potatoes and mash with cream and butter until smooth.
