Ingredients
- 11 lb mushrooms(450g)
- 21 cup flour(120g)
- 32 eggs(100g)
- 40.5 cup breadcrumbs(60g)
- 50.25 cup milk(60g)
- 61 teaspoon salt(5g)
- 70.5 teaspoon pepper(1g)
- 82 cup oil for frying(400g)
Instructions
- 1Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- 2In a bowl, mix eggs and milk together.
- 3Dredge the sliced mushrooms in flour.
- 4Dip the floured mushrooms in the egg and milk mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 5Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 6Fry the coated mushrooms in batches until golden brown. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- 7Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
