Ingredients

  • 11 lb mushrooms(450g)
  • 21 cup flour(120g)
  • 32 eggs(100g)
  • 40.5 cup breadcrumbs(60g)
  • 50.25 cup milk(60g)
  • 61 teaspoon salt(5g)
  • 70.5 teaspoon pepper(1g)
  • 82 cup oil for frying(400g)

Instructions

  1. 1Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix eggs and milk together.
  3. 3Dredge the sliced mushrooms in flour.
  4. 4Dip the floured mushrooms in the egg and milk mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  6. 6Fry the coated mushrooms in batches until golden brown. Do not overcrowd the pan.
  7. 7Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
