Garlic Butter Steak Bites (Slow Cooker)
Ingredients
- 11 lb Certified Angus Beef Stew Meat(454g)
- 20.5 bag Little Yellow Potatoes(340g)
- 31 packet Au Jus Gravy Packet(28g)
- 41 packet Onion Soup Mix Packet(28g)
- 51 teaspoon Garlic Powder(3g)
- 61 teaspoon Onion Powder(2.5g)
- 71 tablespoon Buttery Steakhouse Seasoning(7g)
- 81 tablespoon Minced Garlic(8g)
- 91 cup Beef Broth(240g)
- 101 stick Butter(113g)
Instructions
- 1Add the beef stew meat to the slow cooker.
- 2Cut the little yellow potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add to the slow cooker.
- 3Sprinkle in the au jus gravy packet and onion soup mix packet.
- 4Add garlic powder, onion powder, and buttery steakhouse seasoning.
- 5Stir in the minced garlic.
- 6Pour in the beef broth.
- 7Place the stick of butter on top of the ingredients.
- 8Cover and cook on high for 5 hours.
- 9Stir before serving and enjoy.
