Spanish Breakfast Tortilla with Eggs, Vegetables, and Cheese

- 22 egg(100g)
- 30.25 bell pepper(35g)
- 43 mushroom(30g)
- 550 g ground beef(50g)
- 60.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
- 70.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
- 80.25 teaspoon turmeric(0.5g)
- 930 g gruyère cheese(30g)
Instructions
- 1Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- 2Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- 3Crack two eggs over the tortilla and spread the yolks and whites evenly.
- 4Allow the eggs to cook slightly, then sprinkle chopped bell pepper and sliced mushrooms on top.
- 5Add cooked ground beef evenly over the vegetables.
- 6Season with salt, black pepper, and turmeric.
- 7Sprinkle grated gruyère cheese generously over the top.
- 8Place the second tortilla on top to cover the filling.
- 9Carefully flip the tortilla to cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- 10Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, and cut into wedges to serve.
