Cowboy Butter Pasta with Chicken
Ingredients
- 112 oz pasta(340g)
- 22 piece chicken breast(300g)
- 34 tablespoon butter(56g)
- 43 clove garlic(9g)
- 52 tablespoon lemon juice(30g)
- 62 tablespoon parsley(8g)
- 71 teaspoon paprika(2g)
- 80.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes(1g)
- 91 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 100.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- 3In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- 4Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- 5In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 6Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, and parsley to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- 7Return the sliced chicken to the skillet and toss to coat.
- 8Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
- 9Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
