Ingredients

  • 11 cup mixed chopped fruits (apple, grapes, raisins)(150g)
  • 20.33 cup honey(113g)
  • 32 eggs(100g)
  • 41 cup all-purpose flour(120g)
  • 51 teaspoon baking powder(4g)
  • 60.25 cup milk(60g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine the mixed chopped fruits and honey.
  3. 3Add the eggs and mix well.
  4. 4Sift in the all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix until just combined.
  5. 5Pour in the milk and stir until the batter is smooth.
  6. 6Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  7. 7Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
