  • 16 chicken tenders(360g)
  • 22 tablespoon butter (for cooking chicken)(28g)
  • 31 Italian loaf(400g)
  • 44 tablespoon garlic butter(56g)
  • 51.5 cup mozzarella cheese(170g)
  • 60.5 cup bacon bits(60g)
  • 71.25 cup Parmesan cheese(125g)
  • 82 tablespoon chopped basil(5g)
  • 92 tablespoon butter (for Alfredo sauce)(28g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to broil setting.
  2. 2Cook chicken tenders in butter in a skillet over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Set aside.
  3. 3In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. 4Pour in heavy whipping cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. 5Stir in 1 cup shredded Parmesan, 0.5 cup mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Remove from heat.
  6. 6Slice Italian loaf in half lengthwise.
  7. 7Spread garlic butter evenly over both halves of the bread.
  8. 8Broil bread halves for 3-5 minutes until browned and crisp.
  9. 9Chop cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  10. 10Top bread with a layer of mozzarella cheese, chopped chicken, bacon bits, Alfredo sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
