Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread

- 16 chicken tenders(360g)
- 22 tablespoon butter (for cooking chicken)(28g)
- 31 Italian loaf(400g)
- 44 tablespoon garlic butter(56g)
- 51.5 cup mozzarella cheese(170g)
- 60.5 cup bacon bits(60g)
- 71.25 cup Parmesan cheese(125g)
- 82 tablespoon chopped basil(5g)
- 92 tablespoon butter (for Alfredo sauce)(28g)
- 101 garlic clove, minced(5g)
- 111 pint heavy whipping cream(473g)
- 120.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 130.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to broil setting.
- 2Cook chicken tenders in butter in a skillet over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Set aside.
- 3In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- 4Pour in heavy whipping cream and bring to a simmer.
- 5Stir in 1 cup shredded Parmesan, 0.5 cup mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth. Remove from heat.
- 6Slice Italian loaf in half lengthwise.
- 7Spread garlic butter evenly over both halves of the bread.
- 8Broil bread halves for 3-5 minutes until browned and crisp.
- 9Chop cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- 10Top bread with a layer of mozzarella cheese, chopped chicken, bacon bits, Alfredo sauce, and Parmesan cheese.
- 11Return bread to oven and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 12Garnish with chopped basil.
- 13Cut into individual servings and enjoy.
