1Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
3Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over half of each tortilla.
4Add cooked ground beef on top of the cheese.
5Fold the tortillas in half to cover the filling.
6Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the folded quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve with sour cream.
