Ingredients

  • 11 pound ground beef(454g)
  • 22 cup shredded cheese(224g)
  • 34 flour tortillas(240g)
  • 40.5 cup sour cream(120g)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. 3Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over half of each tortilla.
  4. 4Add cooked ground beef on top of the cheese.
  5. 5Fold the tortillas in half to cover the filling.
  6. 6Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the folded quesadillas in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. 7Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve with sour cream.
