Ingredients

  • 11 lb ground beef(454g)
  • 21 packet dry taco seasoning(28g)
  • 30.25 cup water(60g)
  • 48 flour tortillas(320g)
  • 52 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese(224g)
  • 62 tablespoon melted butter(28g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain the grease.
  3. 3Add the dry taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir and simmer until the mixture thickens.
  4. 4Lay out the flour tortillas. Spoon a line of the beef mixture and shredded cheese down the center of each tortilla.
  5. 5Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. 6Brush the tops of the taquitos with melted butter.
  7. 7Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the shells are firm and crunchy.
  8. 8Serve hot.
