Mini Croque Monsieur Perdu
Ingredients
- 16 bread slices(180g)
- 23 tablespoon butter(42g)
- 33 slice ham(90g)
- 43 slice cheese(60g)
- 52 eggs(110g)
- 60.5 cup milk(120g)
Instructions
- 1Cut the crusts off the bread slices.
- 2Spread butter on each slice of bread.
- 3Add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese to half of the bread slices.
- 4Top with the remaining bread slices to make sandwiches.
- 5Cut each sandwich into 4 small squares.
- 6In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the milk. Mix well.
- 7Dip each mini sandwich into the egg and milk mixture.
- 8Heat a little butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 9Toast the mini croque monsieur on each side until golden brown.
- 10Serve hot, optionally with béchamel sauce.
