Texas School Enchilada Sauce
Ingredients
- 10.67 cup oil(135g)
- 23 tablespoon chili powder(24g)
- 33 tablespoon flour(24g)
- 41 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
- 51 teaspoon onion powder(3g)
- 61 teaspoon cumin(2g)
- 71 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 83 cup water(720g)
Instructions
- 1In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
- 2Add chili powder, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt. Stir to combine.
- 3Once seasonings are dissolved, slowly add water while stirring to prevent clumps.
- 4Simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
