Ingredients

  • 11 pound ground beef(450g)
  • 21 cup cheddar cheese(110g)
  • 31 tomato(120g)
  • 40.25 cup cilantro(4g)
  • 50.5 cup sour cream(120g)
  • 61 packet taco seasoning(30g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. 3Add taco seasoning and a little water, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4Spread the cooked beef evenly in the skillet.
  5. 5Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the beef.
  6. 6Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  7. 7Top with chopped tomatoes, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream.
  8. 8Serve hot.
