Ingredients
- 12 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed(900g)
- 24 tablespoon butter(56g)
- 30.5 cup milk(120g)
- 41 teaspoon salt(6g)
- 50.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)
Instructions
- 1Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- 2Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.
- 3Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- 4Mash until smooth and creamy.
- 5Serve hot with Salisbury steak and mushroom gravy.
