Ingredients

  • 12 pound potatoes, peeled and cubed(900g)
  • 24 tablespoon butter(56g)
  • 30.5 cup milk(120g)
  • 41 teaspoon salt(6g)
  • 50.25 teaspoon black pepper(0.5g)

Instructions

  1. 1Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. 2Drain the potatoes and return to the pot.
  3. 3Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4Mash until smooth and creamy.
  5. 5Serve hot with Salisbury steak and mushroom gravy.
