Ingredients

  • 1500 g beef liver(500g)
  • 21 onion(120g)
  • 32 tomato(240g)
  • 43 tablespoon vegetable oil(40g)
  • 52 clove garlic(8g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 71 teaspoon salt(6g)

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and slice the beef liver into thin strips.
  2. 2Peel and chop the onion and tomatoes.
  3. 3Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4Add chopped onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until translucent.
  5. 5Add the liver strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7Serve hot with rice or bread.
