Sautéed Liver (Foie Sautée)
Ingredients
- 1500 g beef liver(500g)
- 21 onion(120g)
- 32 tomato(240g)
- 43 tablespoon vegetable oil(40g)
- 52 clove garlic(8g)
- 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 71 teaspoon salt(6g)
Instructions
- 1Wash and slice the beef liver into thin strips.
- 2Peel and chop the onion and tomatoes.
- 3Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- 4Add chopped onion and garlic to the pan and sauté until translucent.
- 5Add the liver strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
- 7Serve hot with rice or bread.
