Dominican Tres Leches Cake (Quick & Easy)
Ingredients
- 11 loaf Raisin pound cake(400g)
- 23 tablespoon Dulce de leche(60g)
- 32 can Evaporated milk(710g)
- 41 cup Whole milk(240g)
- 52 can Condensed milk(790g)
- 61 teaspoon Vanilla extract(4g)
Instructions
- 1Crumble the raisin pound cake into fine crumbs, resembling sand.
- 2Spread dulce de leche on the bottom of serving cups or bowls.
- 3In a large bowl, combine evaporated milk, whole milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
- 4Place the crumbled cake into the prepared cups over the dulce de leche.
- 5Pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake crumbs, allowing it to soak in.
- 6Decorate as desired and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
