  • 11 loaf Raisin pound cake(400g)
  • 23 tablespoon Dulce de leche(60g)
  • 32 can Evaporated milk(710g)
  • 41 cup Whole milk(240g)
  • 52 can Condensed milk(790g)
  • 61 teaspoon Vanilla extract(4g)

Instructions

  1. 1Crumble the raisin pound cake into fine crumbs, resembling sand.
  2. 2Spread dulce de leche on the bottom of serving cups or bowls.
  3. 3In a large bowl, combine evaporated milk, whole milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. 4Place the crumbled cake into the prepared cups over the dulce de leche.
  5. 5Pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake crumbs, allowing it to soak in.
  6. 6Decorate as desired and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
