Garlic Herb Sirloin with Roasted Potatoes & Greens
Ingredients
- 16 oz Sirloin steak(170g)
- 21 cup Baby potatoes(150g)
- 31 cup Green beans(125g)
- 41 tablespoon Olive oil(13.5g)
- 52 cloves Garlic(6g)
- 60.25 teaspoon Black pepper(0.5g)
- 70.25 Lemon(30g)
- 81 sprig Fresh rosemary(1g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Roast potatoes 20–25 minutes with olive oil and pepper.
- 2Heat pan over medium-high. Season steak lightly and sear 3–4 minutes per side. Rest 5 minutes.
- 3Sauté green beans with garlic 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 4Slice steak against grain. Finish with lemon and serve.
