  • 16 oz Sirloin steak(170g)
  • 21 cup Baby potatoes(150g)
  • 31 cup Green beans(125g)
  • 41 tablespoon Olive oil(13.5g)
  • 52 cloves Garlic(6g)
  • 60.25 teaspoon Black pepper(0.5g)
  • 70.25 Lemon(30g)
  • 81 sprig Fresh rosemary(1g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Roast potatoes 20–25 minutes with olive oil and pepper.
  2. 2Heat pan over medium-high. Season steak lightly and sear 3–4 minutes per side. Rest 5 minutes.
  3. 3Sauté green beans with garlic 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
