Garlic Butter Shrimp Pasta
Ingredients
- 1400 g Shrimp(400g)
- 2300 g Spaghetti(300g)
- 34 cloves Garlic(16g)
- 460 g Butter(60g)
- 52 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 62 tablespoon Parsley(8g)
- 740 g Parmesan cheese(40g)
- 81 teaspoon Salt(5g)
- 90.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
Instructions
- 1Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- 3Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- 4Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.
- 5Season with salt and black pepper.
- 6Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss with the shrimp and garlic butter.
- 7Sprinkle chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- 8Serve immediately.
