- 11.5 cup graham cracker crumbs(150g)
- 21 cup all-purpose flour(120g)
- 30.5 cup unsalted butter(113g)
- 40.5 cup brown sugar(100g)
- 50.25 cup granulated sugar(50g)
- 61 egg(50g)
- 71 teaspoon vanilla extract(4g)
- 81 teaspoon baking powder(4g)
- 90.25 teaspoon salt(1.5g)
- 102 milk chocolate bars(90g)
- 111.5 cup mini marshmallows(75g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 3In another bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- 4Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- 5Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- 6Press two-thirds of the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- 7Layer the milk chocolate bars evenly over the dough.
- 8Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the chocolate.
- 9Crumble the remaining dough over the top.
- 10Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- 11Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
