3Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
4Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Cook, stirring, until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
5Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until everything is well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
