Ingredients

  • 12 piece Chicken breast(300g)
  • 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
  • 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
  • 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
  • 52 clove Garlic(6g)
  • 63 piece Potatoes(450g)
  • 72 tablespoon Butter(28g)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. 2Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
  4. 4Peel and chop potatoes into cubes.
  5. 5Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
  6. 6Mash potatoes with butter and minced garlic until smooth.
  7. 7Transfer seared chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  8. 8Serve baked chicken with mashed potatoes.
