Ingredients
- 12 piece Chicken breast(300g)
- 22 tablespoon Olive oil(27g)
- 31 teaspoon Salt(6g)
- 40.5 teaspoon Black pepper(1g)
- 52 clove Garlic(6g)
- 63 piece Potatoes(450g)
- 72 tablespoon Butter(28g)
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
- 4Peel and chop potatoes into cubes.
- 5Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
- 6Mash potatoes with butter and minced garlic until smooth.
- 7Transfer seared chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 8Serve baked chicken with mashed potatoes.
