Skillet Chicken with Parmesan and Sauce
Ingredients
- 11 chicken breast(200g)
- 21 cup wheat flour(120g)
- 32 eggs(100g)
- 43 garlic cloves(9g)
- 51 tablespoon salt(18g)
- 61 tablespoon paprika(7.5g)
- 71 tablespoon black pepper(18g)
- 85 g parsley(5g)
- 950 g parmesan cheese(50g)
- 102 tablespoon butter(28g)
- 11150 ml chicken broth(150g)
- 120.5 lemon lemon juice(10g)
Instructions
- 1Slice chicken breast and tenderize.
- 2Coat chicken in flour.
- 3Mix eggs, garlic, salt, paprika, black pepper, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
- 4Dip chicken in egg mixture.
- 5Fry chicken in butter until golden on both sides.
- 6Remove chicken and set aside.
- 7Add chicken broth, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and butter to pan. Cook to make sauce.
- 8Return chicken to pan, cook for 5 minutes.
- 9Serve chicken with sauce.
