  • 11 chicken breast(200g)
  • 21 cup wheat flour(120g)
  • 32 eggs(100g)
  • 43 garlic cloves(9g)
  • 51 tablespoon salt(18g)
  • 61 tablespoon paprika(7.5g)
  • 71 tablespoon black pepper(18g)
  • 85 g parsley(5g)
  • 950 g parmesan cheese(50g)
  • 102 tablespoon butter(28g)
  • 11150 ml chicken broth(150g)
  • 120.5 lemon lemon juice(10g)

Instructions

  1. 1Slice chicken breast and tenderize.
  2. 2Coat chicken in flour.
  3. 3Mix eggs, garlic, salt, paprika, black pepper, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
  4. 4Dip chicken in egg mixture.
  5. 5Fry chicken in butter until golden on both sides.
  6. 6Remove chicken and set aside.
  7. 7Add chicken broth, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and butter to pan. Cook to make sauce.
  8. 8Return chicken to pan, cook for 5 minutes.
  9. 9Serve chicken with sauce.
