Oreo Truffle Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 13 scoop vanilla protein powder(90g)
- 20.5 cup Betty Crocker Oreo Truffle Mix(60g)
- 30.5 cup oat flour(50g)
- 41 pinch salt(0.5g)
- 54 tablespoon butter, softened(56g)
- 61 tablespoon maple syrup(15g)
- 73 tablespoon half & half(45g)
- 83 tablespoon milk(45g)
Instructions
- 1Mix all dry ingredients (protein powder, Oreo Truffle Mix, oat flour, salt) in a bowl.
- 2Add softened butter, maple syrup, and half & half; mix until crumbly.
- 3Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring in between, until dough is thick, soft, and pressable. You may not need all 3 tablespoons.
- 4Press the mixture firmly into a lined loaf pan.
- 5Place in the fridge or freezer while you make the frosting.
