Ingredients

  • 10.25 cup olive oil(60g)
  • 20.25 cup soy sauce(60g)
  • 30.25 cup balsamic vinegar(60g)
  • 40.25 cup brown sugar(50g)
  • 52 tablespoon Dijon mustard(30g)
  • 62 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce(30g)
  • 71 lemon juice(50g)
  • 84 clove garlic(16g)
  • 91 teaspoon black pepper(2g)
  • 101 teaspoon paprika(2g)
  • 111 teaspoon garlic powder(3g)
  • 121 teaspoon onion powder(3g)

Instructions

  1. 1Combine olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. 2Whisk together until well blended.
  3. 3Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat thoroughly.
