Ingredients
- 11 tablespoon butter(14g)
- 20.5 onion (diced)(50g)
- 3175 ml heavy cream(175g)
- 41.5 teaspoon Cajun seasoning(4g)
- 50.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
- 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
- 71 teaspoon paprika(3g)
- 81 teaspoon onion powder(3g)
Instructions
- 1In the same pan used for the chicken, melt butter over medium heat.
- 2Add diced onion and cook until soft.
- 3Pour in heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
- 4Simmer the sauce until thickened.
- 5Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and coat in the sauce.
- 6Serve hot.
