Ingredients

  • 11 tablespoon butter(14g)
  • 20.5 onion (diced)(50g)
  • 3175 ml heavy cream(175g)
  • 41.5 teaspoon Cajun seasoning(4g)
  • 50.5 teaspoon salt(3g)
  • 60.5 teaspoon black pepper(1g)
  • 71 teaspoon paprika(3g)
  • 81 teaspoon onion powder(3g)

Instructions

  1. 1In the same pan used for the chicken, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. 2Add diced onion and cook until soft.
  3. 3Pour in heavy cream and add Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, paprika, and onion powder.
  4. 4Simmer the sauce until thickened.
  5. 5Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and coat in the sauce.
  6. 6Serve hot.
