Ingredients
- 1500 g Bread flour(500g)
- 2350 ml Water(350g)
- 310 g Salt(10g)
- 4100 g Sourdough starter(100g)
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, mix bread flour and water until combined. Let rest for 30 minutes.
- 2Add salt and sourdough starter to the dough. Mix until fully incorporated.
- 3Cover and let the dough rise at room temperature for 4-5 hours, folding every hour.
- 4Shape the dough into loaves and place in proofing baskets. Let rise for 2-3 hours.
- 5Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Score the tops of the loaves.
- 6Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crusty.
- 7Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
